Mocku.ps Digital Asset Usage License Agreement
This Mocku.ps Digital Asset Usage License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between [Your Name or Company Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee," and Mock.ups (Marco Lüthi), hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor."
1. License Grant
Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, and revocable license to use the digital assets (the "Assets") as specified below, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2. Ownership
Licensor retains all rights, ownership, and intellectual property rights in and to the Assets. Licensee agrees not to claim ownership of the Assets in any way.

No commercial use, including paid advertising or client projects.
The mockup cannot be redistributed or resold in its original or modified form.
Extended License (Studio Use)
Grant of License: Studios and small teams (up to 10 members) are granted rights to use the mockups in client projects, limited print runs, and digital content, including paid promotions on a moderate scale.
Permitted Uses:
Use in client projects and presentations.
Limited resale in the form of final products, such as printed materials and digital designs.
Paid online and offline advertising for projects involving the mockups.
Restrictions:
Resale or distribution of the mockup itself is prohibited.
Use is limited to one studio or team; sharing or sublicensing the license is not allowed.

Grant of License: This license provides large companies and agencies with the rights to use mockups across extensive advertising campaigns, high-volume resale products, and unlimited client projects globally.
